Većina referenci je proistekla iz rada u okviru inženjerske grupe Patent Core Team kompanije RT-RK.
Ova kompanija zapošljava preko 500 inženjera sa iskustvom u projektovanju sistema ugrađenih u potrošačku elektroniku, komunikacionu tehnologiju i multimedijalne uređaje, pružajući široku tehničku osnovu za Patent Core Team.

Biografija

Prof. Dr Dragan Kukolj

Dragan Kukolj received his Diploma degree in control engineering in 1982, MSc degree in computer engineering in 1988, and PhD degree in control engineering in 1993, all from the University of Novi Sad, Serbia. As a professor, Dr. Kukolj is currently teaching computer-based systems with the Department of Computing and Control, Faculty of Engineering, University of Novi Sad. His main research interests include data mining techniques and computer-based systems integration with applications in video processing and digital signal processing. He is also a consultant for R&D companies, where he is involved in areas of computer-based systems integration with applications in wireless sensors and multi-media devices. Dr. Kukolj is a senior member of the IEEE since 2006 and has published more than 200 papers in referred journals and conference proceedings. He is the founder and coordinator of Intellectual Property Center of the University of Novi Sad. The IP Center was founded in 2008 with the goal to educate and promote the role of intellectual property and raise awareness about importance of IP to the academic society at the University of Novi Sad. Overall goal of the IP Center is to help researchers and students in IP protection, mainly through writing patent applications and tracking procedures. Since 2006, Dr. Kukolj has lead the IP department in the RT-RK company. The members of this group have years of experience in supporting companies in the processes of IP acquisition, monetization and management.
